SIGI Research and Consulting is a consulting company that provides research, consultancy, and training services in two main areas: socio-eco- nomic inclusion and sustainability.
In the field of sustainability, SIGI possesses expertise in the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, the popular Environ- mental-Social-Governance (ESG) framework among global business actors, as well as expertise in the field of Business and Human Rights (BHR). Since 2011, BHR has become a global standard released by the United Nations through the publica- tion of the UN Guiding Principles (UNGPs) on Business and Human Rights (BHR).
With a wealth of academicians, CSO members, and various experts ranging from community development, business and human rights, and environmental subjects, SIGI has provided services to both the private and public sectors in two core areas: sustainability policy governance for the private sector and the mainstreaming of inclusive governance for the public sector.
